Job description: 

• Strong core java (with all current updates) 
• Strong web technologies experience (servlet, jsp, web framework like struts or JSF)  
• Distributed technologies (EJB 3, spring) 
• Awareness of Middleware technologies (jboss or any other app server) 
• Strong RDBMS/SQL concepts. 
• Good single contributor & good team player. 
• Flexible attitude towards work, as per the needs. 
• Knowledge of JEE6 Specification will be an add on 
• Code review 
• Unit Testing & Bug Fixing 
• Proactively identify & communicate issues and risks
