HI One of the Major IT / Telecom Company located at South Delhi is looking for Hardcore Java developers with "Good Communication Skills". The skill Sets which are needed are mentioned  below:

1.  Proven hands-on Software Development experience
2.  Proven working experience in Java development
3.  Proven working experience in multi threading
4.  Proven experience in designing, developing and maintaining JAVA applications.
5.   Should have thorough knowledge of Java Manager
6.  Hands on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms
7.  Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
8. Profound insight of Java and JEE internals (Classloading, Memory Management, Transaction management etc)
9.  Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and Mysql
10.  Can independently handle projects
11.  Can lead a team of Developers
12.  Excellent English and Hindi communication skills
13.  Excellent leadership skills
14.  Independent & Pro-active and a Team player and Responsible and Motivated
